In simple terms, therapy is a relationship between you and I, where we work together to explore and bring meaning to whatever brought you through the door.
We can do short term work on specific issues, or more holistic long term work.
Starting with an initial, free of charge, consultation we can work together to agree a focus and plan how we move forward.

I may not be able to answer you straight away, but I aim to return messages, or call back within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Anything outside these hours will be notified when you make contact.
Cost
Individual session: £50/hour
Concessions may be available depending on circumstances, please ask me.
